REPORTING & RECONCILIATIONThe LinQpay system includes a secure, real-time, online user management and reporting facility giving the merchant full control over the management of your transactions. The system dynamically consolidates and reconciles all transactions from all global banking partners into one concise, real time interface. The CFO, Controller or business owner can now access all global transactions, banking partners, reconciliation and settlement through a single real-time interface.
Multiple users can be linked to a single account, with each user receiving their own user profile and privileges, and more importantly, the performance of each user can be monitored individually. Many of the reports generated can be exported from the system into external accounting systems.
Full reconciliation services, which match each individual payment to its original order, are available through LinQpay's reporting system. Periodic fund settlements are accompanied by comprehensive reports in a common format for all payment methods, countries, currencies and connections, simplifying the merchant's administrative processes and providing them with rich accounting data. Common format messaging enables automatic data upload to legacy states. A secure web interface gives merchants real-time access to their store's payment history. This tool not only enables them to track the status of each single transaction, it allows them to manage the payment processing, by changing the capture date of a credit card payment or canceling payment for out-of-stock merchandise. The merchant is able to research each transaction down to the point of origin.
